The Value of Chakra Theory in Stress Management

The Chakra Life Balance Profile, outlined in my second book, A Question of Balance, analyses the human energy system for symptoms of stress, pinpointing opportunities and threats to health, and highlighting areas of excess and deficiency, so that a return to healthy life balance is possible. Meditation, visualisation, relaxation therapy, exercise, creativity, hobbies and seeking professional counselling are some other ways to manage and reduce stress.

You need more of your energy in your body than out of it if you want to be happier and healthy. Happiness is one indication that you are living in the present moment. When most of your chakras are balanced, then your energy, and therefore your spirit, is in present time. Your spirit behaves in the same way as a puppy or kitten. Left unsupervised, it will run off down the road, out of sight, and into the danger of oncoming traffic.  You need to train yourself to reclaim your power, energy and spirit by calling it back home, out of the difficulties of your personal history and out of your worries for the future. You need to be aware of your energy if you want to train your spirit. Disciplining a mischievous pet that has a tendency to run away when you are not looking takes constant practice. It has to become a habit if you want to see a change in behaviour. The same applies to your spirit. Supervision needs to be consistent. It will take your energy, time and commitment. You can make it a habit that over time will become second nature to you. You can do this with the help of the Chakra Life Balance Profile Training. You can begin this habit by diagnosing your chakras on a regular basis, so that you can keep a track of your spirit.  Then you can apply your choice of healing path options to call your spirit back home, into your body and into present time. When your energy is present then you are stronger, grounded, more centred and happy.
