The Reliable Way to Trust Yourself When Making Decisions

Every moment in life is a fork in the road. Fear of making the wrong decision has the potential to freeze you into a stand still.  For some, fear of making the wrong decision equals failure. Then you get stuck in a rut.

When you reach the point where you know you need to make a decision, how do you know which way to go? Do you say yes or no?

You know what a yes feels like.

Being decisive and making firm decisions takes practice.

You know what a YES feels like.

Think back on a time when you said YES and it was right for you. A YES response resounds through your body. You feel inspired. You get excited.

A YES means you don’t have to ask yourself ‘Should I?’ ‘Should I?’

If you find yourself doing this, then say no.

BUT…

Practice this when making the smaller decisions FIRST.

Then later, use this method on your larger decisions. In this way, the larger ones will be so much easier to make.
