It’s harder to solve a problem when you start from the outside, and try to work your way in. It is easier if you start from the inside, and work your way out.
The problem you think is the problem may not be the real problem. The nature of many problems is energetic, so their solution is energetic too. Energy is not visible, so if the nature of a problem is energetic, and the solution is energetic, then you won’t be able to see either of them by looking at the problem from the outside in. You have to get inside the problem, so you need to go into your mind and into your emotions to find the answers. This is how you consciously enter your power. It’s the power of your mind and the power of your emotions that help you to solve the problem. You’re using your invisible power to solve an energetic problem. When your thoughts and feelings are in line with each other, harmony is possible. When your thoughts and feelings are out of line, conflict, double standards and incongruities are apparent. Harmony between thoughts and feelings creates more energy and power. That means more power to be creative and decisive. It gives you the energy to take action when necessary.
Your power sits idle inside you, until you stimulate it with your thoughts and emotions. Your energy is in neutral until you activate it by sending it on positive, constructive missions or negative, destructive missions. You send your energy on positive missions that enhance your power. You send your energy on negative missions that deplete your power. You invest your energy wisely so the return on your investment makes you energetically rich. You invest your energy unwisely so the return on your investment leaves you energetically broke. You plug your power into positive people, places, objects, situations and past events or future events so life tends to unfold in a predominantly positive manner. And if it doesn’t, you have the energy available to cope with it. You plug your power into negative people, places, objects, situations and past events or future events so life becomes draining and tends to unfold in a more negative manner. When this happens, you often don’t have enough energy to cope with it and everything else at the same time.
Wherever you point your attention, your energy will follow until it reaches the target. Your energy follows your orders. Your orders for your energy are formed in your mind and emotions. Your orders may be a mix of conscious, subconscious or unconscious thoughts and feelings.
Your energy can sink or swim, depending on the type of mission your thoughts and feelings order it to follow. When your energy sinks, stress levels increase. Time management becomes an issue. Chaos replaces the usual order. Problems increase. Ongoing stress reduces your immune system. An impaired immune system makes you more vulnerable to physical illness. Emotional and mental health is also at risk. Chronic stress can also lead to anxiety, panic attacks and depression. When your energy swims, you feel as though you’re in charge of your life. You know that if a problem can be solved, there’s no need to worry, and if it can’t be solved, then worry is of little use. If your problem can’t be solved, you know it’s not a problem. It’s a mystery. You know that every problem contains a solution. It’s just a matter of finding it, and you’re not afraid to ask for help if you need it. You’re not afraid to feel your feelings because you know the bad will pass, and the good will come and go. You can manage your time, so stress and disorganisation is kept to a minimum. Your physical, emotional, mental energy is balanced. Your spirit is in good shape.
If you send your thoughts on constructive missions, the process will enhance your physical health, emotional health, and mental health. If you send your thoughts on destructive missions, the process will deplete your physical health, emotional health, and mental health. Doing this once is not enough. You have to train your energy to behave in a constructive manner. You have to make this training a habit, so it becomes second nature to you. What ever you focus on, and how often you do it, will make the object of your focus expand or contract.
Here’s how to retrieve your power and continue to manage your energy. It’s a life long practice, but all it takes is three steps.
- Call back your power.
Call back the power of your thoughts; the power of your mind that you’ve sent on unhelpful or destructive missions to others and to the problem. Unplug your mental power out of the problem. Imagine you’re putting this power back into your mind. Lock it in gently, with love and kindness.
Call back the power of your feelings; the emotional power that you’ve sent on unhelpful or destructive missions to others and to the problem. Unplug your emotional out of the problem. Imagine you’re putting this power back into your heart. Lock it in gently, with love and kindness.
- Return to sender.
If you need to call back your power, then it makes sense that others may have, or will be sending their energy to you on negative missions too, especially if they’re involved in the problem. You don’t have to worry about others sending their energy on positive missions to you, because when they do, the process helps to improve the problem, and it enhances your health, and theirs too.
Return to sender, all the power of their thoughts, the power of their mind that they’ve sent to you on unhelpful or destructive missions. Imagine you’re putting this power back into their mind. Lock it in gently, with love and kindness.
Return to sender, all the power of their feelings, the power of their emotions that they’ve sent to you on unhelpful or destructive missions. Imagine you’re putting this power back into their heart. Lock it in gently, with love and kindness.
- Repeat Steps 1 and 2 when necessary.
You will know when you need to repeat steps 1 and 2, because you’ll feel out of sorts, angry, upset or worse. Feeling your feelings is healthy for you short term, but if you can’t let go, and it goes on for extended periods of time, then you need to repeat the steps. You will know when you need to repeat steps 1 and 2 because your thoughts, attitude, beliefs and self talk will be obsessive, all-consuming, or overly critical, harsh and damaging to you and others.
Pure energetic problems disappear during the process of energy retrieval. If the problem is also a physical, or emotional or mental one, then it’s likely that more will need to be done to solve them. This is where various therapies and medicine fit in to the problem solving process, and also the healing process. Whether your problem is an energetic one or not, your solution is to first and foremost retrieve your energy so that you increase your personal power. When you do, you will find you have enough energy to solve your problem. You were born with the ability to take charge of your power.
